December Style Trends:
Ahhhh December! Such a beautiful, frosty, fabulous month! Yes, it’s a busy one, but there is a lot of beauty in this month. My family and I celebrate Christmas and the birth of Jesus, so we enjoy putting up our Christmas tree, lights, and other decorations. If you celebrate this season as well, I hope you are having a fantastic time decorating your home.
As far as style goes, ‘tis the season for sparkle, faux fur, pops of red & deep forest green, gorgeous cashmere overcoats, leather gloves….. its endless really, all the fun you can have with your look. Always ask yourself the question when you are getting dressed for your day; where am I going today and what do I want to accomplish? Pair with black jeans, dress pants and a cool shoe like the Robinson Smoking Slip On Loafer from Allen Edmonds. This shoe is sleek and sophisticated- one you should absolutely have for this holiday season. For women, I love the Rosine Embellished Jacket by Veronica Beard. Such a stunning piece! You can style this with dark denim, a gorgeous pair of cream trouser pants, over a dress, or my personal favorite; with a pair of faux leather black shorts, sheer tights, and heels. Add a pop of color with a red or gold clutch and you’re all set!
